Vanessa is currently the Director of Research at Reddit. At Reddit, she is leading a team that conducts UX research, market research and safety research globally. She earned her PhD in Neuroscience specializing in the influence of emotions on decision making, under the mentorship of Dr. Antonio Damasio. She has worked in several tech companies including Google and Pinterest and across multiple organizations including product, marketing, sales and engineering.
