Rogier has held various roles across sales, product, customer support and marketing for 20 years and as such deeply understands how these functions operate. He is a practitioner of market research and data analytics. He has worked for a variety of companies on the vendor and client side, consulting companies and internal stakeholders on how to leverage quant and qual approaches to solve a wide variety of business problems. Rogier has extensive experience in the areas of customer experience measurement, brand, product and advertising research combining the best of primary research and Big Data.

For the last 3 years, he has been leading market research for LinkedIn and overseeing all of the NPS programs which he is looking to evolve into a system of learning. He is also currently applying Neuroscience to more deeply understand consumer's conscious and unconscious reactions to make better business decisions especially when it comes to making products easier to use.
