By now you will have seen the statement from the NMSBA team about the cancellation/digitalization of the 2020 Neuromarketing World Forum (watch my personal announcement here).
We’ve been looking for refund and cancellation policies around in these unusual times, (I even wrote a blog about it), and saw a lot of bad solutions like non-transferable vouchers and long processing times. We’ve tried to set up a more customer-friendly solution: transparent, open, and quick.
With our approach, we will reward you for your loyalty if you are willing to support us.You have the right to request a full refund, but we ask for your courtesy to help us with the following alternatives:
- reward us for our efforts of the digital 2020 event
- invest in NMSBA Fanpoints
A combination of reward, NMSBA fanpoints and a percentage in refund is possible too. If you made up your mind, please fill out this form to indicate your preferences and I will personally contact you as soon as possible, to confirm so we can proceed.
On the form, you can indicate the percentages for our 2020 efforts and the NMSBA fanpoints part. The remaining percentage is the refund that you request.
