Virtual Reality (VR) provides a richer environment for research into consumer neuropsychology. This allows for the investigation of underlying factors of purchase decisions, communication, and information design.

When the metaverse becomes a ‘real’ shopping environment, neuromarketing insights from VR become applicable for simultaneous improvement of virtual, as well as the real experience for consumers.

Nikki Leeuwis shares how VR in combination with neuro research may be used to optimize consumer experience in the virtual stores as well as investigate it in the real world
stores.
