Virtual digital voice assistants such as Alexa, Siri, and Cortana are increasingly becoming a part of consumers' daily lives and mediating technologies that enable online shopping. What is the effect of the use of certain characteristics of voice assistants? Are there any biases and how can you overcome these biases? 

Gaia Rancati presents a multidisciplinary approach that combines several
neuro-tools (GSR, IAT, automatic emotional facial expressions analyses) with self-reports to understand the impact of artificial intelligence on behavioral economics.
