The future of Neuromarketing (Ale Smidts)

we're sorry. call for proposals is closed!

The NMSBA  is accepting proposals for educational sessions to be presented at its 2013 Annual Convention. Proposals are needed for 30-minute breakout sessions and the plenary room. Proposals must be submitted by email using office@neuromarketing-association.com

Based on the conference theme - #NWF13: Insight-Out - proposed sessions should fall under one of the following tracks:

  • Neuromarketing insights for an effective online campaign
  • Turning the customer experience inside out
  • Improved branding with Neuromarketing findings
  • Neuromarketing in combination with traditional Market Research
  • Application of Neuromarketing in Today´s challenging sector of marketing and advertisement
  • Bridging the gap between Neuroscience and Business

Presenters must have demonstrated expertise in their subject areas and come prepared to teach and challenge conference attendees. Sessions should equip attendees with skills and information that will increase their relevance in the room and re-enforce the power of the written and spoken word and visual storytelling. Provide as much information (e.g. links to your videos or slides) which makes it easier for us to decide on this.

The deadline for submissions is September 1, 2012. The person listed as the coordinator will be notified of the status of their proposal before September 20th. The Neuromarketing World Forum will take place March 7-8, 2013 in São Paulo, Brazil.

The NMSBA does not pay for travel, hotel or meals for conference speakers and presenters, though there is a small compensation based on place of residence.

Proposal guideline

The proposal should contain a detailed description/abstract of your presentation – maximum 500 words.

Include a content outline describing the major theme(s), challenges, lessons learned, successes and failures, application possibilities for other industries, etc. that will be addressed in this presentation.

In addition, please include the goals of the session/presentation. If there is more than one presenter, explain what each presenter will discuss. Please be as complete as possible and remember that the content needs to have wide applicability, comparative perspectives and an analysis of "lessons learned" useful for neuromarketing science and business.

For specific questions, please contact the NMSBA at office@neuromarketing-association.com
